Celebrating Ivan Bondar’s Senior Project at Olesya’s Kitchen In April 2023, Olesya’s Kitchen was honored to host Ivan Bondar’s Senior Project, a remarkable event that left a lasting impact on our community. From Ivan’s perspective, this project was not just a requirement for his professional development and graduation diploma; it was a catalyst for bringing our local community together. Thanks to Ivan’s initiative, our restaurant became a hub of activity, drawing attention from far and wide.

On that memorable day, guests were treated to an array of unique buffet options for lunch alongside our regular menu offerings, making it one of the busiest days in Olesya’s Kitchen history. However, the heart of the event lay in its noble purpose: a fundraiser organized by Ivan with all sales proceeds directed to the Red Cross Organization branch aiding Ukrainian people affected by the ongoing conflict with Russia. Through Ivan’s dedication and the support of our community, we were able to make a meaningful contribution to those in need while celebrating camaraderie and compassion.
